Booking rules

Payment

When paying via Walley, Walley's payment terms apply. Contact Walley for questions about your payment. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made via e-mail with the attached booking number and first and last name of the person responsible for payment to  avbokning@ulricehamnskicenter.se.

Cancellation must be made no later than 12.00 two days before the day of arrival.

If the cancellation occurs later than 12.00 two days before the day of arrival, no refund will be made except in the event of illness or injury, as the refund is only made on presentation of a medical certificate / injury report in accordance with SLAO's guidelines.

Season pass terms

If the facility has less than 30 opening days during the winter season, 50% of the season pass price will be refunded no later than 31 March. If the facility has less than 5 opening days during the winter season, 90% of the season ticket price will be refunded no later than 31 March. Only on presentation of receipt.

Insurance

The security package protects you against unnecessary expenses in case your rental equipment is stolen or if the accident should occur. If you do not have the security package, you will be responsible for the value of the entire equipment. With the security package, you pay a deductible of SEK 600 for stolen skis, SEK 300 for steel edge breaks / broken skis. The safety package does not cover damage to the equipment in the event of clear signs of careless handling, such as scratches that occur when driving off marked slopes or in car parks / gravel roads.

Responsible

You are responsible for damage to the equipment caused by negligence. If you are unable to return your equipment, you are obliged to replace Ulricehamn Skicenter.
